people made mistake , i work hard each day to correct those mistake in the pass ( financially ) so my mom can have a home , her business back and live a nice elder life. my sister however recently just came in to the picture and demanded her name to be on everything , a house i plan to buy with my mom , a co owner of our business that when we first started a decade ago she said it's gonna fail and moved out and only came and help us when it picked up couple years ago, when my mom was hospitalized my sis was no where to be found , when my mom filed the bankruptcy eventhough i hired a lawyer i did all the paperwork also when she did shortsale at our old house many years as well , recently my sis fired one of the waitress eventhough she's not the owner and i just found out about it , the thing is i dont want to worry my mom so i try to get along with her but she is just selfish , now i dont feel like going to work , i dont want to buy a house for my mom anymore knowing my sister is just waiting for her to die and inherit everything i and her worked hard for , im just burnt out. as if it doesnnt matter what i do in the end she will take it all , i know my sis she will backstab me the sec i screw up , i just dont trust her but a mother could never abandon her child so im just freaking depress

my mom has a business which i went through thick and thin with her since over 10 years ago , then one day my sister needed a part time job for extra income so she asked for couple days a week and i agreed, soon after she said the business is doing well how about let her work here full time , i agreed then a few months later she asked my mom so her name can be in one of the business owner , my mom decided it would be great that we work together as a 2nd generation so she put both our names in as owner and step down. well fast forward to now my sister no longer show up at work , she pretty just go shopping and do whatever she want , i have to do everything and if i hire more help we would be close to losing our profit , when i complained she said well , we can sell the place and split the money or if u wanna keep it just buy me out. I feel so betrayed by both my mom and my sister. when business were bad i was the one carrying everything , when we were about to be shut down because my mom forgot to do certain insurance i was the one running doing all the work , when we're at our lowest point of our life i was doing everything so we didnt lose the house , the restaurant and our business license , my sister never did anything , she said she didnt want to get involve because its small and she think its gonna fail anyways but when it's doing well she came in and asked to be in on it , i did all the work but since we're siblings i didnt mind but i really think she betrayed me

I used to be happy then recently i lost all emotions and nothing matters to me anymore. i own a business and it's not slow , it's decent and money doesnt stop coming. i do have a hobby of retro gaming and when i see it on ebay i would buy it or bid on it but once i get it i just put it up on the shelf and just leave it there. i bought a couple of games when it first came out and its been a month and it just sit there still in wrap. devil may cry and dead space 3 i wasted almost a $1,000 this month on buying hobby stuff that i love so much and even spent a good amount of money to build a new pc gaming rig and i just have no effort to play it. what is going on ? i'm pretty much like a zombie that i get up to get to work and once i return home i just sit on my couch and stare at my tv without turning it on. i used to love to drink alcohol and now i don't even wanna come close to it. i stop drinking soda and somehow became addicted to water. i drank so much recently that i've gone through 2 24 cases in 1 week and a half and i barely touch water before. i did a lot of test online on bipolar and anxiety abd depression and it came out minor risk which i think aren't accurate, i tried hypnotist therapy on depression and it didn't help and i also can not sleep at night , i am not thinking about any problems because life are going good. last night i tried to go to sleep early at 10pm and i woke up at 2 then couldnt sleep until 8 in the morning but i kept waking up every 10 - 15 min and had weird dreams everytime i slept what are these weird symptom and how can i fix it on my own. i do go out every weekend and try to introduce new things to myself but after im done shopping or half way through a movie i will always feel like this again ,please help , also i dont have a gf we broke up after she went back to her country couple years ago and its not a reason im sure since this weird things just started recently , thanks

hi there , mom's BD is coming up in a month and I am thinking about giving her a new tv since she always sit so close to the old 32 inch, i asked her and she said she doesn't want anything and i will not be giving her money because everytime i do so she always put it back in my account. i want her to enjoy life since she is 66 year old could u recomend a good 50 inch plasma ? i have a 42 inch 3d samsung plasma in my room and she always said she like it more than the lcd outside , thanks

i figured out how to get to lotteworld from incheon but how do i get back? it doesn't say the last route from jamsil to incheon airpport anywhere , i planed to stay until 11pm then head back to my hotel ( sky hotel ) near incheon , thank you so much!

i'm getting a braces and 1 of my tooth is pretty decay so the doctor said it needs to be root canal and crown , i have a orthodontic checked it and he said i can either extract it or do the root canal and crown either way he can work my teeh so it's up to me but he advise extraction as it could save me about $1,000 but i heard horrible news about extraction , i had 2 done in the past but this time it will be on my upper tooth #3 which is about where my sinus is , what should i do?

my original dates are from 4/22/12 - 5/3/12 and i just realized that the golden week starts at 4/29 this year and i planed to do some shopping on the last 2 days while i'm there, i've never been to japan on golden week before but i heard it's crazy, should i change the date to 4/15/12 - 4/26/12 instead? like a week ahead? or it won't make a different? thank you =D

ticket , hotel and jr pass already paid for , just try to calculate cuz last feb i was in japan for only a day and i spent about $300 at new york bar in tokyo , this time i'm gonna be on osaka , kyoto , kobe and 1 day in tokyo , it's 9 days but day 1 and day 9 doesn't count cuz i arrive late and the return flight is 9 AM so , im not too crazy on food so bento box is fine and maybe food from super market , mostly will be on train for sight seeing , not gonna buy sourvenior or anything , thanks!

On friday 12/16/2011 my bank had been levy , i want to pay the debt but i dont have the one lump sum to do so, its the total of $6,100 include court fee , origina debt was $1,600 but the debt collector bought it and kept charging interest , what should i do at this point? there must be some kind of form to get the levy lift , thanks

hello dear friends , i will be in japan from dec 9 - dec 16 so im thinking about 7 days pass and it will be something like this

day 1 arive in KIX osaka 4:30 pm and just tour tround the aquarium and dotonbori

day 2 another osaka all day ( castle and umeda and such , maybe shopping )

day 3 tokyo , party all night then catch a train back to osaka

day 4 kobe , kawasaki museum , port , more stuff around kobe

day 5 kyoto, feed deer , maybe rent a bike and explore temples

day 6 nara and suntory museum and buy stuff on ota road ( souveniors )

day 7 flight back at 9:30am at KIX

should i pay as i go? does the pass cover subway and trains too? thanks!

I once got tricked into debt settlement company only to realized that all the money i gave them ( about $2,000 ) went to nothing , at the time i thought they were like company who buy debts and give me discont , anyways i owe discover for about $4,600 then when CREDITSOLUTIONS can not settle any debts i delt with discover directly and they scheduled $246 a month for 6 months , after CREDITSOLUTION found out they said i delt with them so it is a breached of contract and they canceled my account =\ o well learn from my mistake , however i got a call today from

ZWICKER AND ASSOCIATES ,they said they r a law firm and discover asked them to investigate so they charged discover $1,600 and went to judgement and got awarded so i have to now pay them $2,000 plus the amount of money that i owe discover which is $3,600 plus interest of $40 a month start from the date of the judgement court so its 34 months which come out to be $1300 or so in interest plus the principle but the thing i don't understand is this

they said discover filed the lawsuit and awarded judgement on 5th of july 2008 but at the time i was paying discover $240 a month for 6 months ( ended in july 30th 2008 ) y would discover have lawsuit against me when i am setting up payments , anyways after the payment time ended i called discover but they said they already sold the debt to someone else so i no longer deal with them , now zwicker and associates filed a lawsuit and i owe a total of $6,700 including attorney fees , i'm confuse , then they said we can offer u discount so if u pay $5,500 we can end the case but if discover no sold the debt to some agency y am i being sue by this law firm , what is going on , r they debt collector? what r they? when i pressed they said well the judgement date is correct so ur not paying discover in july ,ur date is wrong so i said " i have prove right here " then they changed the judgement to sept , and when i asked to see a copy of the judgement they said they r not sending anything out ," u can go to the court to get the paper but will u pay us today ? " i told them it sounded like a threat so now the lawyer gonna get get a manager... what? when the manager come he sounded really rude so i asked what company is this and he said well i have another manager so i will go get her... lawyer has managers? what is going on? im i being con? i see the judgement on my credit report but i never recieve any suphena or nothing , they said they sent it to my old address in sept of 2008 but i havent move until 2009 what is this?

i pulled a fico score 20 days ago and it was 520 i pulled it again today and it is 578 and all i did was dispute one thing , this address in dallas that i never live in and have no idea how it got there , my question is could one error make that much different? i also have another thing on my credit score, my car was reposessed in 2004 but it was sold and the lender still coming at me so should i dispute it or what should i do. thanks

last week i applied for a homeloan then the loan officer pulled my score it was 527 he said if i have 580 he will give me a fha loan because i have little debt, anyways he advised me to dispute some of the old past due account that already been closed, i did so and yesterday i checked my score and it became 551 ... does it work that fast? i disputed amex and macys account and got resolved back in 2 days from the experia so.. if i keep on disputing will it help?

i applied for a home loan and this mortage company called me , they said my credit is too low ( 527 ) but they can try to do the credit repair to get it up abouve 580 ( that's the minimum they will go for for first time home buyer ) they charge $99 set up and $79 a month , i know what credit repair is and i already filed the disputed on all of the paid negative account , how long do u think my credit will go up, i heard that if you filed for the dispute and the creditor doesnt response for 35 days the account will be delete , if the account is delete ( negative ones ) will my credit score go up? thanks

our restuarant open late ( til 2 ) and we have this one customer who comes in 2 nights a week ordered the same thing , doesn't talk much always fiddle with his phone , one time i saw him watched anime but anyways , since he always come the night that i work im starting to think he likes me because he tips alot too but he never really flirt or start any conversation but he came in this monday and there was a different waitress and all of the sudden he started to talk to her ...??? does it mean he likes her? i'm kinda jealous

Hi , i was originally 153 , i lift weight 3 times a week , no cardio , my pant size was 31 ( i'm 5' 7 ) then i changed my diet , i ate more healthy stuff and eat each time i finished weight lift , i now lift 5 days a week and i drink tons of water and eat more vegetables and fruit, my question is how the heck did my pant size gone up , i am now 32 and i weight 173 ( 20 lbs gain!!! ) wth did i do wrong ??? i know that if u keep lifting u might not gain weight but u will be more tone and pant size should not increase right? and my body just look bulk up but not definition, can u guys help?
