I'm concern about my health. For the first time I got my period a week early after taking 2 contraceptive pills ( I forgot to take one pill the day before) I'm 39. I recently did my annual exam and everything was ok. I also have notice I go pee more often than usual but not too often. When I could hold it for hours before. I read about getting early period but it seems to be normal if happens once. My question is, since I got my period last Wednesday, and still on the pill, when should I take the next package? Normally is the Sunday after period but can I take it this Sunday without having the week of no pills?

Hi. I am 38 years old and I think I have a problem or at least something is not normal when I try to sleep. I have no idea why I sleep sometimes 3 hrs, other nights 4-5hrs max. I feel fine the rest of the day but there is a moment later or the day after when I feel it's catching up and want to sleep but I am at work or running errands. I have tried Zzzz Quil but it doesn't really help.

I do exercise 3 times a week. I'm very active all day. My fear is that what if the lack of sleep at some point affects my health like the risk of heart attack or another kind of problem. I'm worried about that. Any advice on how to sleep longer? Or what do u think it can affect me down the road? All advice is appreciate it.

Sometimes I have this weird "sensation" that I feel something bad it's going to happen. But not to the world but something bad about ppl I know and it takes few days then I hear about it and can't believe it. Or if I think a lot about someone, or I look at pics about someone specific, that person either calls or email.

When I ask my husband about some of his friends, if he has heard about them he says no, but then the person I asked for calls him. What do you think it is?

2 days ago I had this feeling about something bad was going to happen but I never know what or who is involved just something bad. Then my brother called me yesterday to tell me his wife lost their baby. And like that example there are more. I just want to know why and what's this? Or if someone feels the same way about things.

We have a next door neighbor with a baby who cries all night and all day. I never have known some baby crying this much but the thing is my husband and I sometimes can't sleep well because of that. We don't want to make the parents feel bad because we understand it's not their fault. But what can we do? It's affecting us the next day at work when that happens. Any suggestions? Ideas?

My fiancé and I have been together almost 3 years, engaged for 2. We are getting married in a month and his behavior is changing like wanting to go out more with the guys rather than me. He works in a liquor business and do events every now and then but he never has shown interest on going because he says he prefers being at Hm watching tv or with me. Now he says he "has" to go out more for work and that he didn't do it before because he thought I was not going to like it. We moved to another town because of his job and I don't have friends and he is the one who go out more to bars, events, golf, etc and I'm getting frustrated that I never get to enjoy lately going out with him because he is tired but he has energy for his guys from wk. I just feel he's being little unfair because now he is saying he has to go out more and until later but he wants me to be ok with it. I don't know what to think about this. I never go out with anyone because I don't know anybody to hang out to. Is this what ppl call cold feet? Is he having that? He mentioned something about money after marriage when I work as well but he makes more money than me. I struggle saving the much as I can for wedding and I have nothing left for me just like some cash. He seems to be concern about money when we have been doing ok. A lot of things are paid from his company. He has taken me to nice places and trips but we haven't done it lately supposedly to save money but he wants to go out more on a company's dime but with guys saying the excuse it's work thing. He seems to wanting more space from me.

Hi. I need to know how to tell my sister in law to stop posting every single thing it happens in her life. It's annoying, she never get "likes" or "comments" about what she says because I think ppl feel as annoyed as I do. I cannot unfriend her since she's my brother's wife or block her because she will notice it and will ask me why. So the thing is, she posts not just what happens in her life but also lies, she exaggerates things, for example she post she will remodel the bathroom, she posted pics of very sofisticated bathrooms and asking ppl what they think. I asked my brother if it's true and he said "no, we are just painting it" why does she do that?? For attention? I have no idea. And like that type of comment, there are more. She said 2 weeks after they got married that she will have a baby, I asked my brother and he said "no true, we just talked about it that's all" WTF?

Posting lies and/or too much info it's not healthy and annoys ppl. How can I deal with this?

Hi. My bf and I have been together 2 years and engaged 1. We moved to another city a year ago but wanted to spend Christmas in the town where we used to live and where my family live as well. We are staying in a hotel. Yesterday morning around 7:45am he felt sick and I offered to go to the pharmacy to get him something and he said yes and also some breakfast. He has been texting/emailing ppl from work he said, I asked the favor not to work during our trip. Ok when I was out I texted him asking something, he didn't respond, I drove back and he called me and hung up, then called me again asking where I was, I was almost there and he said ok. And he never calls asking that. I got to the room and he was all sweating looking like nervous and I asked what's going on he said that ppl from Wk don't stop calling and said really? This early? In holidays? that's why he didn't respond my text. I didn't believe it since it was earlier than normal for work, he was acting weird like not him, I'm thinking he wanted to know where I was so he knows how far I was to have a chance to call somebody and he looked guilty. I think he called some girl, I sat upset saying we had an agreement about not working and he said he felt so terrible about it like apologizing so extreme just for a call. He wrote "I love u" on a note pad and he asked me what does it say? And I was like what?? He never but never does that and my gut feeling is that he felt guilty about something and almost got cough. That's why the sweating. Do you think that's a guilt reaction or it's my imagination?

We went later to the dentist and he was going to pay. He said he was going to wait for me and when I finished with dentist he wasn't there and I texted him asking where he was but didn't respond. He got there saying he was on another call with his boss BS! He paid and we left. I have noticed that my male friends, married or in a relationships, have another girl on the side. My question is why do they feel the need to do that? Unfortunately my boyfriend now fiancé is talking with his ex behind my back in a not very friendly way. It's more than that. We are getting married in 6 months and dating 2 years. Hi I have been with my bf 2 years and engaged for 1. We live together.

We are happy the most of the time, but lately like 2 months ago, I have noticing something estrange in his behavior. Little more distant and tired every night. We haven't had sex like in a month almost and I have observed he is on his cell texting more than usual. Instead asking him who he is texting (because he gets mad) I checked his email it was killing me all that and I asked him what's going on but he answers the same, it's nothing.

Well I checked his iPod instead his cell since he was using it more and I found an email from an ex saying she will be in town and wants to meet with him and she gave her cell# and asking him to text her during day time and that she's looking forward to it.

She replied that email from a previous one that my boyfriend sent her sending kisses and asking her how she was. What am I suppose to think? I feel so bad really I didn't even know they were in touch :( so I confronted him asking questions about all that and first, he claims he didn't send that "kisses" email when his email appears as sender what a bad lie. Then he was blaming me on doing that to test him, what? Is he out of his mind?? Why would I do that when I didn't even know they were in touch? Absurd! Then I asked him if she knows he is engaged and he responded "I don't know" that doesn't help me to trust him then. We r planning on getting married in 5 months from now and it's not the first email from her I have seen. A year ago right after we got engaged I saw another one where she asked if he was in a relationship and first he voided the question but she asked again and he said yes but he sworn to her he was not married. She asked him if he will marry me and he said he didn't know when we had a date already.

So that is my problem now. What should I think about all this? Should I trust him or cancel the wedding? He really is not helping me to trusting him since he doesn't answer clear anything just saying he doesn't know or he doesn't remember.

She forwarded a previous email from my bf where he said, "how are you" and ended saying "kisses" and then she responded about meeting and she gave him her cell # asking to text her during day time. PS. It's not the first time they email. The last time she asked him about if he was in a relationship and he avoided the question. She asked again and he said yes but swearing to her he was not married when we got engaged 6 months before that but she asked if he will marry me and he responded he didn't know (when we will)

My boyfriend is 38 so am I. We have been together 2 years and got engaged a year ago. He has a bad temper at times. He gets mad easily and when that happens, he starts telling me things to hurt me, things that has nothing to do with the problem we are arguing just to make things more intense or dramatic or just to hurt me.

I ask in the moment if he really means that and he says yes. He has said, I'm the worst gf he dated, he always mention something about braking up, he mentions things he have gave me like christmas or birthday presents or the times he has paid for dinners, taxis, bills, a membership for gym, trips, etc (I never have asked for money or to pay for any of my personal expenses, all he has paid is because he wanted that way) he also raises his voice yelling at my face and pointing at me very close with these eyes that makes me feel intimidated and I have said it hurts (what he says and the way he does it) but he doesn't care anything when he is mad. I let him say everything because he doesn't let me talk I can't win, and when he finishes yelling, I say u are hurting me very much with your words, do u really mean it? He says yes. Later when he feels more calm he starts to talk to me like nothing happened and expect me to act the same way??? What about an apology? That would help me to feel better but he doesn't say it. He can go all day without talking to me and I'm always the one who tries to fix the problem or to brake the ice between us.

I have tried to talk to him asking why he said this and that to me, he said "I don't know I was mad" I ask him do u really mean it? He says no of course not. But I see a big frustration in his eyes when he is mad and I think he feels every word he yells at me because the things he says when mad, it is true i mean that he has paid for things?
