How can a Christian claim to know what peace and love means when their creed started both world wars and created the nuclear bomb ?

If you were to look at the majority of religious leaders dating back to just after the Apostles died up to more recently, they have done their best to keep people improperly educated. Not too long ago, people were burnt alive for simply trying to translate the Bible into the common tongue. Since, as Hebrews 11:1 brings out, knowledge is integral to faith, and, without proper faith, it is tough to truly trust anything, people have put their faith in other things, besides God. Don't blame real Christianity for wars and the nuclear bomb. Christianity is all about loving, even your enemy (John 13:35; Matthew 5:44; Matthew 22:37-40; Romans 13:10). Blame those who keep people in the dark and those whose hearts are not Christian-like.
