Intelligence is either Intelligence or its not.   I don't understand the term 'Artificial' Intelligence.

so you're saying its 'non human' rationalising and decision making,  based on a set of pre-programmed/hard-wired rules or algorithms from which it will go away and 'build upon' to learn more and more about its surroundings.

however we all know AI and machines will never be able to mimic real emotions which we humans exhibit and other intricate unique behavioral patterns exclusive to us all.

everyone has their own unique ways with coping with pressure, extreme grief, elation, etc.

Perhaps AI would be smarter in knowing how to turn $5 into $50 in 'x' amount of time, weras we humans are flawed when it comes to the art of saving money.

we are the mercy of the media.  it tells us what is essentially 'luxury' and what people 'want' the most so we all try and aim for that.

AI would be flawless in reaching its goals eliminating all distractions and hindrances whilst taking into account risk analysis and mitigation, while we humans are driven on emotion most of the time.

Still, I can't help but wonder if AI will ever truly become 'perfect'.

try as i may, I just cannot 'agree' with the notion that the earliest humans ALL lived together in some small concentrated area of what is now known as Africa.

final question, what are the odds of a tiny pebble sized piece of debris from either of those striking a human being on earth, and would it not be travelling at astonishing speed, fast enough to 'slice through flesh as if it wasn't even there ?

if a tiny pebble like piece of debris went through the front of my temple then out the back in billionths of a second would I even notice initially ? how long before I realise 'dang theres a hole in my head people can see right through it..' ?

I'm considering going there to visit them alone in my van.  But I also think I could get jumped or worse.

Ive already spoken with the fella on skype call and he seems a jolly chap, and says he'd rather hand me cash in person and do it the old fashioned way.

Why drive all the way to some weird woodland area just to hand him over a set of very expensive (these are golf clubs professional players would buy and use, not the cheap stuff you people would purchase from sports stores locally) golf clubs ?

what if he jumps me with some blokes, takes my clubs and doesn't pay me ?
