Because two of the names are Japanese, the original Japanese pronounciation should be used.

松田啓人 Matsuda Takato = 마츠다 타카토 (macheuda takato)

李健良 = 이건양 (i geon yang)

牧野留姫 Makino Ruki = 마키노 루키 (makino ruki)

Usually, the Japaneses will have their full Korean name printed on their name cards or in documents. But in daily life, they will be called by their surname or name. And girls will usually be called by their name. Therefore:

松田啓人 may be called 마츠다 or 타카토.

牧野留姫 may be called 루키.

The pronounciation of name is different. Therefore, 김선아 金宣兒 will not be read as (kim seo na) and 감우성 甘宇成 is kam wu seong, not ka mu seong.For ㅇ/ㄹ, it is not always true that ㄹ will be added.e.g. 용 = 룡 = 龍. 朴龍河 is 박용하 not 박룡하. But then, 李孝利 is 이효리 not 이효이.

大家都答錯了「李健良」啦。

「良」字只有在開始時或之前有「ㄴ」/「ㄹ」以外的輔音才可以省略，否則的話，是應該保留它的「ㄹ」，原因是這個「ㄹ」會跟前面的「ㄴ」/「ㄹ」連讀，即是：

寫法：이건량

發音： Yi Geollyang (好難讀咖！因為係連音加埋顎化音)

至於兩個日本名，第三個講得無錯，照日語發音就可以了。

我沒有聽過別人說「金宣兒」，不過當年沈銀河還未退出影壇時，別人都是稱呼她作「si-meu-na」而不是「sim-eun-ha」。可能當年我初學，聽不清楚吧。至於另一個人名的問題，其實還是與姓配合。就如我的同事叫「金禮利」，因為"kim"已經有一個終聲，所以「禮」的「ㄹ」可以省略，你舉的例子「良枝」也是一樣。另外，「良才洞」的韓語發音也是讀Yangjae。不過，宣陵卻要讀作「Seolleung」，因為「宣」字的終聲是「ㄴ」。

松田啟人 = 송전계인(song jeong gye in)

李健良 = 이건양(yee geun yang)

牧野留姬 =목야유희(mok ya yu hee)
