That is the political strategy used by Richard Nixon and the GOP in 1968 to focus on getting the votes of racist whites who were disgruntled by the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and Voting Rights Act of 1965. Since then, it has created and shaped the white supremacist neo-right of today. It created Derek Chauvin. Now we have 1.4 shootings per day, and 76% of terrorism in the USA today is domestic and white:
