Android navigation app for co-driving/driving with family/friends?

Pls suggest me an Android app for driving with friends and family in which we can see the current location of co-drivers in other cars. Just like we see other racers in any racing game( eg NFS) . I drive a lot with family/friends with 2-3 cars and at times , in case of heavy traffic, it becomes difficult for other drivers to keep an eye on other car.

    Try "Glympse". Has to installed on both phones, then you can send or request a location

    Google maps, you can't do a real time update as far as I know, but you can send your current location to other users.
