If Trump is going to spend our money on the "voter fraud" shouldn"t he include Russian hacking in that investigating ?

The whole pretense of "voter fraud" is to divert attention away from the Russian hacks. Trump used the same tactic when it was announced that he had to pay $25 million in the Trump University fraud case, choosing to diss Meryl Streep so people would talk about that instead. He wants Russian hack investigation to go away probably because he knows he would be implicated.

There is no evidence of Russian election hacking. Russian election hacking is all just American media and Democrat lies. President Donald Trump won fair and square. And if you take out the illegal votes from illegal aliens and other foreign nationals, and other Democrat voter fraud; then President Donald Trump won the popular vote as well by over 2 million votes in the popular vote.
