2. Joyce asked Ray yesterday what he had seen three days before.
Joyce asked Ray today what he had seen three days ago.
才正確，因為ago是以「今天」為起算點，ask與see有時差，see是在過去的ask之前，ask如果不是今天發生的事，就要用before才正確。

我覺得您整體翻譯得很好呢，不過小小錯第二句：Joyce asked Ray what he had see （×）three days ago.
改成had seen（O）
因為have done結構，see/saw/seen
