Should President Obama be tried as an accessory to murder if any American is killed as a result of a plot by anyone released from Gitmo?

How would you feel if a member of your family was killed by a released terrorist? Would you feel that the person should not have been released?

    No. One must be connected to the murder plot to be an accessory to murder. Releasing Gitmo detainees would have nothing to with any subsequent killings those individuals may commit.
