If a ramp is inclined at an angle of theta, then what is theta for the object to begin to accelerate upward?

This is a pulley question. M1 is connected to

M2 with a rope. M1 is actually on the ramp, but M2 is dangling from the pulley. Best answer to someone who can figure it out and provide me with their strategy. And yes, I have tried for an extensive amt of time. I rarely use yahoo answers except for these instances thanks!
