Electrons don't circle round the nucleus, that's a common misconception. An electron in an atom exists in a region of space close to the nucleus, the shape and size of that "electron cloud" depend on the atom, the orbital, and to some extent what molecule it is part of.

The easiest way to stop an electron being in an orbital is to knock it off the atom with ionising radiation.

Looking at the space and celestial bodies they should circumambulate around the nucleus.

A Higgs field should stop them.
