Who needs the white stick?

All i can say is that its a good job that the cops only had taiser guns and not real ones, Judging by their trigger happy attack on a blind man who they thought was carrying a samurai sword which turned out to be a white stick. Perhaps the cops ought to have their eyes tested?

I don't see how it's possible to mistake a blind man for someone with a sword.
