Why hasn't the Democrat controlled Senate not submitted a budget in more than 820 days?

Because budgets usually originate in the House, and Congress has been too busy with economic stimulus and legislative gridlock to focus on the budget, passing Continuing Resolutions instead.

It is amazing that people are so proud of their ignorance that they advertise it. the Question WAS the DEMOCRATS controlled BOTH house and the White House and DID NOT SUBMIT A BUDGET any one of the Three house of government could have instigated the budget and got a budget through the House (Democrats controlled) and it would have passed the Senate(Democrats controlled) and the President would have singed (Bush would have had no choice and the last 3 years Obama would have signed) BUT the Democrats wanted NO RESTRICTIONS ON SPENDING.

simply by fact the yankee public is so stupid, they do no longer even understand what the words "continuing decision" potential"! It potential the politicos do no longer understand what they are doing. they do no longer understand how a lot they are spending nor how a lot they are taking in. attempt that with your checking account! Wells Fargo won't supply you a loan and you will't print money. the two are accountable even though all of it started with Pelosi no longer understanding what she replaced into doing. however the Rep are worse in that they are think to be the person supervision.

not only that but they never took up any House budgets for debate much less a vote, that includes this Republican Congress and the Nancy Pelosi democrat congress

Because it's not the Senate's job to submit a budget, it's the President's.

Its not their Job to do so.

Democrats want to Raise Revenue, thus they legally can't propose a Bill that Raises Revenue.
