因為您報的價錢雖是出廠價，但後面又加上FOB VAULE，所以我方才會覺得除了產品費、空運運費、報關費外，其它應該都是由賣方支付才對。

Though your offer was based on Ex-Factory terms, you additionally stated FOB VALUE at the later part, which made us to believe that except cost, airfreight and forwarding charges, all the rest charges at export side should be borne by the seller.

Thank you for your explanation with detail. I think our misunderstanding is caused by the words showing on the quotation sheet.

Because even the price you quoted is FOB, but you have also add FOB Vaule, so we thinks all expenses will need to be paid by seller, except price of the goods, expenses associated with airshipment and custom charges.

Due to the offered price you did is even the original one by factory,

. but then, FOB-VAULE was seem to be extra added.
