Regarding to the sample, we would like to confirm when can get the sample before selecting because we intend to a business trip on X, Xth, and expect to sstay in the local hotel for 5 days. If the sample can not be arrived on our hand by X, Xth, please don't send the sample.

Is it possible for you to the hotel we lived to do a presentation directly, and you can prepare all of your products for our understanding. We can discuss details face in person.
