How many Christians have a genuine burden to witness to the homosexual community?

Are there any who are open to the message of the gospel of Jesus Christ and want out of their homosexual life?

更新:

I Cor 6:11 When one is delivered by Christ there is no closet to hide in.

And such were some of you: but ye are washed, but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God.

Christians are merely former sinners.

To have a burden simply means to be truly concerned from the heart enough to share the gospel of Jesus Christ, to fast, to pray and to shine the light of God's truth.

Some folks hate the light because their deeds are evil.

Nothing to do with christianity!! Sadly all to do with the intolerance, hatred, bigotry and persecution of the BAD christians!!

The funny thing is all those terrible human emotions that make Christianity look so terrible are guaranteeing these people the very hell that they threaten others with!!

I witness to the LGBT community all the time. I let them know that Christ loves them exactly as they are.

No. It seems that unless you are homosexual or bisexual, you don't understand. We don't choose our sexuality. We've shown signs of this at early ages-Most of us. It can't be helped, and I truly believe that the Bible is wrong about homosexuality and bisexuality being a sin. Yeah, I like both guys and girls. But if God only wanted for us to like one sex, the opposite one, and is condemning us for not liking it, is that not controlling? On Earth, would we condone such behaviour?

I know there's a church that many homosexuals in my area attend. The growing opinion of society is that homosexuality is not unnatural. It is a mechanism of the Nature that your God created. It has been studied, and there are many who say that it occurs when a population has grown too large for the resources available. And it doesn't only occur within Homo sapiens.

    Matthew 10:1-15,

"And if any one will not receive you or listen to your words, shake off the dust from your feet as you leave that house or town. Truly, I say to you, it shall be more tolerable on the day of judgment for the land of Sodom and Gomor'rah than for that town."

May your day of judgement be fair :)

Very few. But there have been some documentaries on things like Gay Camp where people go to be healed from their addiction to gay sex. Mostly the interviews were tongue in cheek and cast very negative light on their institutions.

But there are those who witness to homosexuals and they repent and are no longer gay. It happens but it seems the Church is more interested in tithes and sending missionaries around the world rather then ministering to the lost at their doorstep...

There are a few. There are also some reformed gays and lesbians who witness to their old communities. There are a few churches that open their doors to the gay/lesbian community and offer fellowship and release from their burden -- if they desire.

I thought we were supposed to REJOICE in doing God's work?

Not only do you want to tell others what not to do, you consider it a freaking burden.

This is exactly why Christianity holds NO attraction for me whatsoever.

I love witnessing to the gay community, to tell them that God loves them just how He made them.

I didn't want to mention it, but you have a log in your eye. Might want to get that checked out.

I'm gonna be honest with you i'm Christian and i really believe that homosexuals can't change who they are. They just gotta realize that god doesn't hate them and tries to help them with the hardships they may face.
