Misgovernment, help...........?

there are misgovernment in our school regarding the student's welfare.Is it Ok to make some move regarding but secretly???

    It is probably not okay to start anything secretly.

    What prevents you from being open with your criticism? Do you have a school newspaper? You could send a letter to the Editor and have them publish a letter about the problem so people could begin to talk about around school.

    Maybe you could talk to a trusted teacher and see if they can help.
