I'm at the end of my tether with this.

Nissan u13 Altima/bluebird 1994 manual.

Engine hesitates, loses power, particularly around 1750 rpm and then at 3500, once past these points, pulls well.

I have changed, plugs, dizzy, afm, o2 sensor, leads, throttle position sensor. Still does it!

The only way to cure it is to unplug the o2 sensor. I know the o2 sensor is good, but unplugging it stops the power loss.

Why????

I changed the driveshaft. Gear oil all (or nearly all) drained from gearbox/transaxle.

Thought I had some new oil. I do not :-(

Car is only means of transport, store is two miles away.

Drive carefully or walk? Will I destroy anything? car has a viscous LSD if it matters.

I want to hear my tunes.

All the original equipment speakers have disintegrated.

Fronts are 4x6 oval shape.

I want to use the original mounts. 4X6 replacements are hard to come by and expensive in Australia.

If I mount 4 inch full range speakers in there on home made oval shaped adapter plates will it sound rubbish?

So I bought a cheap car to fix up. It's a 1993 Nissan Bluebird U13, That's a Nissan Altima first generation to you Americans. ;-)

I'm making a list of parts to replace.

I just bounce tested the rear end with strange results.

First bounce is too quick, like shot shockers, then if you bounce it again it stiffens right up, feels like good shocks! Just that first bounce that is loose, It's like the shockers pressure themselves up. Weird.

So are they shot or some sort of pneumatic shockers i'm not familiar with?

Oh, and it drives fine, rear end is straight and true, tyres remain in good contact with the road.

A friend gave me a hard drive with some films on.

I want to watch a film. It plays to exactly 6 minutes then stops. It does this on every player I've tried. Windows media player, VLC, GOM player. No good

It also stops when I put the hard drive into my Samsung smart TV. At the same spot. You can't seek past, it just freezes at that point. 6 minutes. Really frustrated. :( :( It must be corrupted.

How can I fix it?? I have no money to buy 'fixing' software and non of the trial versions I've tried have worked

Im working at a farm.

Im living with the farmer and his wife in the farm house so I eat when they eat.

Im working 6am till 7pm everyday. We dont eat dinner till 8.30pm. This is far too late for me. It picks up my blood sugar too late in the day and I cant sleep properly. Im getting more and more tired and making mistakes in my work.

No one else seems bothered by it. They must be used to it. I dont want to upset the lady or my boss.

What should i do?
