Engine hesitation. U13 Nissan?

I'm at the end of my tether with this.

Nissan u13 Altima/bluebird 1994 manual.

Engine hesitates, loses power, particularly around 1750 rpm and then at 3500, once past these points, pulls well.

I have changed, plugs, dizzy, afm, o2 sensor, leads, throttle position sensor. Still does it!

The only way to cure it is to unplug the o2 sensor. I know the o2 sensor is good, but unplugging it stops the power loss.

Why????

    USA gets the 2.4 liter motor. Which motor is in your bluebird? sounds by your description you have a lean condition.
