I have deleted some contacts is it possible to recover them free

Ok I have W7 Firefox and yahoo mail when I download an attachment it asks where do I want to save it I click MY Computer

My default setting is desktop when I look there it isn't there neither in downloads so where does it go ????

when I used to put in a DVD or connect a device it used to open it automatically well give me the option now it does nothing I have to search for the device

Have I turned something off ???

just lately when i boot up W7 it is prity slow and is very slow until windows manager opens at

computer local disk "C"

when I close this it is ok

How can I stop it opening this

I have w7 professional i installed silverlight and i found i had the ridir virus my computer beckam slow the clock was always wrong etc

I was using A V G but it found nothing I then installed avast that found it on the first scan

i have also installed Malwarebytes, windows malicious scanner, Spybot and superantispyware this found anothere virus.

But my question is after all this my computer isnt the same sometimes the clock just changes its slow to boot up and shut down

Is there anything else I can do

I have an Acer with Vista on it It had no files or anything as I just bought the computer But I wanted to install W7 backing up vista on 2 DVDs I installed W7 all went well but I noticed all it did was put W7 by the side of vista now my hard drive is nearly full of 70gig 47 gig is full

What I want to know is can I access the vista files and uninstall some programs ie microsoft office etc to make space on my hard drive if so how

I have made a 2 DVD backup with acer recovery can I now install windows 7 safely

I have a movie on my hard drive and I want to back it up on a D V D It is a mkv file nero 9 can play it but when I try to burn to a disk using Nero Vision or Nero burning rom it does not recognize it . Is it possible to burn it with Nero or can you recommend a free program to do this

when I tel perfect disk to defrag on reboot it always say for drive D cannot verify volume and skips it WHY anyone know
