He’ll never be a has-been because he delivers quality music. He set the bar high because of the first decade of his career and now we’re spoiled. Em is hands down one of the best rappers of all-time.

I'm afraid so. It's not that he isn't a good performer or that he is producing poor quality of work since he isn't. It is that he is no longer dancing on the knifes edge where he was in danger of losing everything, family included. He's at the point where if he fails he survives and his family survives. In other words the pressure that was on him that forced him to greatness is no longer there.
