I accidentally launched my rat across the room?

My rat is still quite young and Extremely light. I lose him all the time in bedsheets and stuff. Anyways, his favourite game is 'bounce' where I put him between my legs and pull the duvet so he gets launched into the air and then comes down. He absolutely loves this. I usually do it a couple of centimetres in the air, high enough so he still likes it but he is safe.

So he scratched all up my lip trying to get inside my mouth so he can lick my teeth. He likes licking my teeth but I'm trying to stop him doing it. So I am in quite a lot of pain on my lip.

I honestly didn't realise my own strength. I launched the rat high into the air, off my bed and onto the floor. He is t hurt at all, he is even still licking me. I think he might have liked it.

I scared me so much though. Am I a bad person? I cuddled him after and he just was licking me and cuddling like he usually does.
