Am I experiencing bottlenecking in my system?
I have a fresh built system. Here it is:
2 R9 380 4gb GPUS in crossfireX
Fx 8350 processor stock speed with h100i gtx water cooler.
Msi gaming 970 atx mobo.
Corsair 750 watt psu.
32 gb g.skill ripjaws X ram.
240 gb ssd (os) 2 tb western digital (storage)
Plenty of air cooling, runs smooth.
My CPU never gets over 36 degrees under game Load, the GPUS never get over 50 degrees in games on max.
i want to get higher performance out of my system. I feel like it could be bottlenecked but I'm not sure. My fps in games in thoroughly not impressive.
Is it my board? CPU? Gpu? Psu? I don't know that's why I'm asking. I want too performance out of this system and I may have cut corners going AMD but it's qualify amd products.
Hope you guys can help. Thanks.

Hard to say on the bottleneck suspicion; excepting the system core (I would have used an Antec® High Current Pro™ 1000 Platinum™ PSU and Asus® M5A99FX PRO R2.0 system board for an FX-based CrossFireX build), this is much as I would have done an AMD system to run fast and require reasonable cooling measures.

In some games that FX-8350 will bottleneck your pair of graphics cards. Obvious first thing to do is overclock it. Beyond that upgrading to a Core i5 or i7 would be expensive.

Your PSU is marginal, two R9 380 in Xfire requires a good name brand 750W PSI as a bare minimum...
Not sure if that is a problem, it should not be, but that build did skimp on the PSU.
CPU is not really the best for top end gaming, but again, hard to say for sure...

Drop in of fps in what games? I have almost same specs except only 1 graphics card and 8 gb RAM and all new games run and max settings with no drop in fps. Makes sure crap like AA isn't extremely high and similar settings like it

Not all games are optimized for multiple cards. Disable Crossfire and see if your frame rates go up.
