搬入私人樓五年,問題越來越多!!
搬入私人樓已經五年,講真三十年樓齡初初覺得冇問題.
難得撞到兩個單位非主力場可以打通.
點知2014年俾人告漏水,整返自已個廁所後,小額錢債入左後就問題連連.
今年樓上漏水滲爛哂我天花,佢地話唔會整我地個天花.
食環署話濕度唔夠,唔可以出信證明因為佢漏水而搞到我天花板爛哂.
(但係佢地認左漏水,但唔肯賠天花)
樓上仲威脅我,話係因為我拆牆搞到佢地滲水.
(仲搵屋宇署上來影相,後來證明我地果幅唔係主力牆)
我問過佢地點解未落過我地屋企就知我地拆左牆.
原來個pk裝修師父成日同我地周街唱.
依幾日落完雨,樓下另一家人又走上來投訴我屋企外牆滲水.
又話我拆牆所以搞成咁(前日黑色暴雨......)
所以想請教各位,幾個重要問題
1,我要告樓上小額錢債,應該要準備咩文件?
2,我之前搵果個pk裝修師父幫我整既廁所依家俾人話滲水,我可以追究佢嘛?
3,若果真係外牆老化,導致滲水我應該點算
求各位網友們出手相助!!
1.假如搵公正行並且小額錢債成功,我可唔可以連公正行筆費用都計落去?
2.小業主既意思即係我地住戶?

首先要提醒你一件事,你拆左幅牆,應該就冇入則,所以你係有痛腳,要小心處理.
而你要去告樓上,真係55波,睇你地臨場發揮.
咁再告裝修師傅,仲難,因為你好難舉證係因為佢疏忽而導致漏水問題.

1. In addition to typical court forms, you will need, at the least, a report from an adjuster.
The report will substantiate the extend of the damage as well as the potential responsibility.
(This report is not free. You must pay for this report in advance. You will be able to claim this as litigation cost.)
2. It depends if you can show that he is at fault. In other words, his works had contributed the current situation.
3. You will need to discuss with the property management. Exterior wall is not your responsibility.
