smoke, misfire, knocking, am i running rich?

i have a mpfi GASOLINE car(doesn't matter which car it is?), from last 2 weeks, when in 2nd or 3rd gear and engine is under load of picking it up, it knocks, when i release gas pedal completely car jerks forward and backward as if misfiring. it smokes all time and smoke is whitish but not steam, because smoke is heavy and is just like old carburetor cars used to smoke when they ran rich...

smoke is has little blueish tint to it? is it engine oil? i can also smell gas inside cabin. however smoke is reduced(not stopped) upto some extent when engine is somewhat warm. however it again releases a huge puff when it knocks while running and picking up?
