I have heard from like 5 people that he likes me and 2 being his bestfriends but I think that he knows I know and he doesn't talk or notice me as much as he did before how do I get him to talk and notice me more

He must feel shy or nervous to start a conversation with you. Just start the conversation with something like "how was your weekend"  or ask something random but not a word answer make him answer like a paragraph and look interested. Good luck

I am having literally the exact same situation and I am just talking to my other friends about it and see what they think and it works for me and it might work for u or just see what's wrong since he's been avoiding u and act like u don't know
