I need a TE, do I do this deal?

I was offered for Ryan Matthews Heath Miller. The other owner has Tim Wright and Antonio Gates. I currently have Gio and MJD at the RB position along with B. Jacobs on my bench. Currently Scott Chandler is my TE. Should I pass or make a play for the other 2?

    I would pass Matthews is losing his job to woodhead. You seem bare at rb so I would keep who you got. Who's on your waiver wire for tight end? Ppr or standard. And obviously starting one te in lineup?
