Im really confused. Again im scared they'll know that i used to work at their place. Before you guys answer i want you to read my story please. So i used to work at a place that is basically always hiring due to people always quitting due to the hard labor. Its been almost 2 years since i last work there and Im applying again because i desperately need income to pay off my school stuff. Both of friend who used to work there too applied again. Funny thing is that the one who worked there 3 months put yes that he did work there before didnt get hired because he quitted and the ome who only works there for a week answered no he never work there is now hire again. So, to do what i have to do I answered no that i never worked there before. And if they do have my records in their HR system then why would they call me in for an interview the very next day? They said it would take 2-5 business days for the background check and i have been waiting for a week. I called them today and they said my background check havent came in yet. So I just wanted to know, do you think they will know that I lied only about never working there before? Again i know you should never lie but I really need a job. And i heard they only look up your criminal records which im not worried about at all.
