Are the printers sold in stores (less expensive ones) compatible with Windows 8?

I can't install my printer and printer descriptions in stores do not mention Windows 8.

    Windows 8, like other Operating systems, is designed to operate known printers. All printers come with an installation disk anyway, and you should always start with this should Windows 8 not instantly install its software.

    Any new printer should work fine with Windows 8.
