What are good techniches to get pumped for a workout?

I used to work out like crazy in high school and college, but since getting into the real world i have sort of feel off. My husband keeps making small jokes about my weight, and while I do think he still finds me sexy (Im ugly or morbidly obese) it scares me that he's bringing it up. I dont need someone to tell me that he should love me the way I am.. he does. But I do need to get back in the gym, I knew it before he said something, it was just the straw that broke the camels back....

My only issue is motivation. Ill take anything you have. Ive thought of music and looking up pics of fit girls.... give me anything you have... even songs that pump you up for the gym

    I Rec that maybe you try a Prework out drink . It will give a Ton Of energy and get you ready to hit the gym . supper easy too mix with water drink it on the way to the gym , when you get here your ready to go !!

    I have used a lot of the Jacked 3d is a good one , not to strong . some can make you a bit shaky

  • Try the song from ACDC Back in black. The only other pumping is yourself. You have to tell yourself (lol) that you need to lose weight and just don't give up. Also you could work out together with your husband, that can motivate you.

    The best advice I can give you is what worked for me. I started working out with my friend. We are really competitive so that motivates me to workout to beat him basically. So if you are a competitive person you can try that.
