What BMX should I buy?
Hi all, I am looking at buying a new BMX. My old one, the headset broke, and i couldnt get it out the forks, so i changed the forks, to find out my frame only took smaller forks. To work around this, I built a bmx from apollo parts, it had apollo frame, apollo forks, 1 piece crankset, 39 tooth sprocket, cant remember the back sprocket size, and an apollo wheel and a diamondback wheel. Now, this is a really heavy bike, and I can flat 180 it, jhop about 3 feet, can almost footjam tailwhip, but the weight stops me spinning it all the way. On a friends bike who has a haro 300.1, I managed to flat 270 it, so its clearly the weight. I also like doing dirt jumps, so i may go fro a jumpin jack tyre by schwalbe. so I am looking for a really light bike, that has prefrably a 25 - 9 front sprocket-back sprocket. I have been looking at the haro 400.1 and the mongoose chamber, and they look really nice, but overall im going for a nice, light, solid BMX.

What price range are you looking for?
The cheapest good bike is the 2012 Kink Whip at $399. It has a full chromo frame, all of its bearings are fully sealed, and is 25.5 lbs.
Then, the best bike is the Sunday Ross Pro at around $750. It has hundreds of dollars of aftermarket parts, like Odyssey Twombolt cranks. Its definitely worth it if you have the money.
For around $970, you can get the Sunday Ross Sig, which adds even more aftermarket parts, including a G-Sport Ratchet cassette, which is one of the best cassette hubs and is worth $200.
For $1300-1700, you can build a completely custom bike. These will be the best, but are very expensive.
