Can I upgrade windows 7 32 bit to 64 bit?
Ok, i have 32 bit, which came with the laptop. On the bottom of the laptop, there is the windows 7 serial key. Can i use this key for windows 64 bit, if i download the software from a legit site??

You cannot "upgrade" a 32-bit OS to 64-bit -- a custom install is a clean install for all practical purposes. You can use the same product key regardless of which version is selected and used for install.

Yes, your key should work for both 32 and 64 bit versions of the exact same type of Windows 7 (meaning you can't switch from Home Premium 32 bit to Ultimate 64 bit.... you have to stick with Home Premium).
