i need help about small kittens please!!!!!!?
The mother of my three little kittens ate poison at my neighbor's house and die leaving me with her kittens, i just need some help about how to take care of them, how to nourish them, i've been giving them milk, yes but i need more details since it's the first time i had to take care of small kittens by myself. thank you i advance.
alex the kittens were not outside ,but i do need to put their mum out once in a while so that she won't do her thing all over the house, it was around that time she went to my neighbor's house. i'am very responsible, i have 4 other cats and i take care of them.

I have fed plenty of motherless kittens regular cow's milk and it did not hurt them one bit. Do however start to transition then to canned cat food as soon as they will eat it (you'd be surprised, I've had kittens eating canned food almost before their eyes were open. Every four hours would be ideal but if they miss an occasional feeding it will not kill them (I had to work, baby kitties or no, and my shifts were eight to ten hours) You will have to clean then and a warm wet rag does make a wonderful substitute for their mother's tongue. Relax; kittens, like human babies, are tougher than we give them credit for

At Petsmart, they have kitten formula and bottles. I had to bottle feed it to a rescue kitten for a while. When he bit off the nipple, I knew it was time for kitten food :-)
Also, young kittens don't always know when to go potty or how to clean themselves- their mother is supposed to teach them. So... you have to do it :-( After feeding, gently wipe there genital areas with a warm wash cloth, until they pee. Then do it again when they're done- this teaches them to clean up.
Remember to hold them as much as you can so they will be good, loving pets.

Don't give them milk it makes them sick. you can go to a pet store or even a grocery store and buy replacement milk for the babies. you will need a dropper or small bottle to feed them with. when they are about 4 weeks old you can mix some canned kitten food in with the milk. you will need to keep them warm. try a heat lamp if they feel cold. keep them in a warm cozy bed. you will need to wipe their bottoms with a warm washcloth to stimulate them to go to the bathroom. they need to eat every 4 hours around the clock so set your alarm. and call the cops on your neighbor.

u need to get a milk substitute... do NOT feed them cows milk! call a vet and they will tell u how to make ur own homemade substitute or buy a milk replacer from a pet store!

You let a cat nursing small kittens outside? How irresponsible. Not only that, but you now just contributed to the deaths of millions of homeless cats each year. Thanks!
Google it. There are tons of information on the web. See if there is a rescue or shelter that might have a mom cat that is already nursing small kittens, they can die without their mom.
