How many hours is full time employment in Nevada?

Up to 40 hours a week is the max for full time but most companies consider 32 plus hours as full time. There is no law for what can be considered full time as long as it isn't over 40 hours.

Every company can set their own rules and most of the time full time is anywhere from 30 to 40 hours. Check the company handbook. They will have section that states your companies "full time" definition.

There is no legal definition in any state for what is full or part time. The company decides that, if benefits depend on being full time - you can work 40 hours a week for a company, but not receive benefits, that depends on company policy.
