Why do i feel so tired?
i have been working the first full time long term job which is about 4 months now. not really long but its the best i have done so far. i have a hard time going to work at this point just because i feel so tired all the time even when i get lots of sleep. i want to quit so bad how so i get through this? i cant quit at this point as my parents have lost there house and i have nothing to fall back on.

Try exercising in the morning when you get up=energy boost.
Go to bed and wake up at the same time everyday of the year...its supposed to work.
Some people say showering at night helps them sleep more rested, but I find I can't wake up in the morning without a shower. It is my coffee.
I read somethign that says instead of drinking one big coffee, sip on one throughout the day so you aren't getting a high and then very very low.
Try researching ways to help you sleep more soundly.
They say both sleeping too long and too little both make you worse off than if you get a solid time of sleep.

You should do some research, maybe go to the doctor but try to stay off any sleeping pills. You may be taking something that is making you tired, or maybe you aren't getting enough exercise. Also, maybe you actually hav some condition that makes you tired and drained. Dont exercise at night or else it will take you longer to fall asleep. Hope I helped. There are some possible reasons why you feel this way.
One is - u might be getting bored with your daily routine. boredom drains a lot of energy, u know.. and so does emotional stress.
Another is you probably are getting complete rest but your body might not be having those lost minerals back. Are you still eating the right food? Do you still take your meals at the right time?
Try changing your lifestyle a bit. If this wont help, you might consider taking medical attention.

Here is the correct guide for you:
1-Dont eat heavy meal 3 hours before sleeping otherwise your tommy will be busy digesting the food and making your body work to get the job done by the morning, thats why you will still feel tired in the morning.
2-In the morning, before eating your breakfast, drink coffee, if you can, drink a strong one and then eat your breakfast, if you still feel tired at work, drink one coffee before your lunch break too.

I think you're being lazy. And too much sleep is just as bad for you as too little sleep. Try to get about 9 hrs a night if you can. I have noticed when I get 6 1/2 hrs of sleep I wake up really hyped. But when I get 5hrs I'm exhausted. And when I get 7hrs I am equally exhausted. I have no idea why that's just how I am. Try finding the right amount of sleep for you. We are all diffrent and we all need difrent things.

Sounds like its time to see your Dr. hon. You may have a medical condition that could be treated! In the meantime, get your protein in the am, make sure you are eating well, and sleeping 7-8 hrs a night.
You may want to take a vitamin supplement called "B Complex", it does help tremendously with stamina.

I always listen to my father about work. As long as you are safe enough to get to work you will be able to work. If it is a job sitting around without much stimulation you will fall asleep. A job where you are active you have a better chance of staying awake. There are laws prohibiting companies from firing you for a disability.

Perhaps you are not eating enough.
Hunger causes malnutrition and leads to an insufficient supply of qi and blood, which causes general body weakness.
I suggest you quit your depressive job and find another before the next batch of bills come in.You can find work only if you try hard enough.

Do you excersise ? Sometimes too much sleep can be bad for you. Sometimes it takes time is this youre first full time job ? Your just starting out we all go thru this. Just stick with it dont quit. Quitters never win and winners never quit.

Maybe you suffer from depression or have an anxiety disorder. That will make you feel tired all the time. If you excercise it will stimulte the endorphins in your brain and you will feel more energized and think clearer as you go on through your day.

Are you getting at least five hours of sleep or more each night? Eating throughout the day also helps out with your energy. Breakfast is the most important.
