What application can I use to be able to use PHP and CSS for web development?

Any help would be appreciated :)

    Well Dreamweaver comes to mind at first, I use this to develop my own web page and it works a wonder.

    Notepad++ is excellent this provides a text only approach to your code but has tons of excellent features.

    They're the two I would definitely recommend, hope you like them :)

    For both in one Dreamweaver is the way to go. But if you need some free alternatives, you can try phpeclipse, and Simple CSS.
