Does your job find out about a possession citation for marijuana?

Im 17 and got 438 dollar citation for marijuana because my mom had some of my brownies thinking i was joking when i baked weed in them. She's a diabetic and had taken her meds before plus had had two drinks of margarita before hand, well later that night she called me while i was sleeping and said she didn't feel well. Her face was pale and lips were blue, she was trippin bad. so i decided to call for an ambulance. When the police showed up they tried to help me get rid of the brownies. Then when i was in the ambulance they gave me a ticket. i don't care really if i have to pay it or not i just want to know if my job is going to find out about it?? Plus on the ticket it says juvenile with a box by it that i thinks suppose to checked ....Are they charging me as an adult?
