Has anyone ever experinced death or know of anyone?
I did once and it was scary. The pills the doctor gave me were too strong. I never will forget this black tornado thing trying to suck me up. Has anyone ever experience this before and if so did it scare you like it did me? I was afraid to go to sleep for a few days. I drank coffee and took vivarin.

i think if the experience you described was death, you would be here to ask this question. that's the where the whole fascination with death comes from: no one who has experienced it can come back and tells us about it. That is what makes the calamity of so long life. death is a country from which no traveler ever returned (hamlet), which is why we bear the pain of living as we dont know what awaits for us after death.

When I was a kid I was hit by a car as i was riding my bike. i can remember flying through the air for what seemed like minutes and desperately struggling to reach the ground, stretching out my hands and feet to touch the floor, but everything was dark. It seemed like an eternity (to coin a cliche) and I subsequently spent 2 months in hospital.
I'll never forget that flying feeling though.
