加拿大移民跟美國移民的差別? 有錢行得通嗎?

I hold dual citizenships in both countries.  I know that in Canada, there is a special immigration law established specifically for investors who wants to invest in Canada, in return receive a citizenship from this country.  There are all sorts of immigration lawyers who can help you on this subject if you are interested.  I only know that the intended investment has to be with a detailed proposal; the investment has to last at least 5 years in Canada , and we are talking about dollar amounts in at least half a million Canadian dollars (last I heard was this, I don't know if this has changed or not)....(**I knew a few people from Taiwan who got their immigration statuses thru investing in Canada).
