PLEASE GIVE STEP BY STEP THANK YOU!

I have clear skin on my face sometimes a couple breakouts BUT I have back acne for 6 years now I have a oily skin and cystic acne on my back and it's patches of huge red pimples. My skin is very sensitive products tend to break out my skin or dry it out making it worse. My skin has destroyed my life and held me back. I have tried going to dermatologist with medication and creams causes me joint pain and anxiety. I eat healthy, wash my sheets every 2 weeks, shower with cold water, changed my detergent, have short hair, I exercise, shower every day etc. I have used so many creams and soaps. I have tried salt water baths which work but don't get rid of the problem just decrease redness. ANY ONE PLEASE GIVE ME YOUR ADVICE! OR YOUR STORY OF BEATING ACNE! GIVE ME HOPE! I think its going to be apart of my life forever

I will make it as short as possible I have been dating my girlfriend for 4 years since we both were 16. In the beginning it was a hit and run thing in high school but then I got to know her and I liked her and she liked me. We started dating in high school I was the one that had many friends ,girls and guys. I can talk to anyone. She is shy and has anxiety. She had 1 friend and while I would go out and party she would hang out with her 1 friend or stay home. I tried to include her but I didn't enjoy it as much as me being alone at parties. It was like I had to babysit her because she didn't know any of the girls and girls are cruel. It was hard for her to make friends at parties. So then we broke up and she said she wasn't going to do anything. She gave head during a senior graduation party trip. She played it off like she didn't remember she was so drunk. I loved her so much that I took her back because we were broken up but for her to go that fast on to another guy is wrong. I didn't do anything. 2 years later We are currently in college now she lives and goes to school in florida and I go to school in New York. I think I am done with this relationship but she puts a lot on me because of her messed up life. She hates her family, dad is in jail, a single mom with, little money and a little brother with no one to look up to. She makes it out to be like she can't get through life without me putting pressure and pity for me. She has depression and anxiety. How do I end this?

DeAndre Hopkins vs Ten. Titans ( Fitzpatrick another terrible QB with Mallet out but he loves throwing to him and Titans are good against the pass but Hopkins will get the 2nd corner making him have a great matchup Andre Johnson will likely get locked down making Hopkins the guy to go to)

*Trent Richardson vs Wsh Redskins ( He is starting to fade out of the Colts offense but he might get a goal line touchdown but tough run defense matchup)

*Shane Vereen (He is a great pass catcher but New England is so hard to predict who they will use one day it's Gray then it's Blount . Thinking the packers/patriots will be high scoring maybe he is a option to consider)

Kansas City Chiefs vs Sea. Seahawks (Chiefs have been solid on defense and they play way better at home. Seahawks are solid on offense with Wilson and Lynch threat but they don't have anything else. I think Chiefs defense eats up the run making Wilson throw)
