The only exposition I get on how Americans hold funerals is from movies, and they just usually show the part where the priest reads a prayer, then people throwing roses into the grave and there's the crying, people leave, then it all fades out. Then I saw this scene in John Grisham's 'The Rainmaker', and it showed the mom of the deceased giving out food to those who joined the ceremony. Is this how Americans really do it? Thanks! (Just curious)

I was trying to play (trying because I'm no good) the Zephyr Song by the Red Hot Chili Peppers, and noticed that I emulated that last chord quite well (just an ordinary D)... But that high FA sound isn't in any of the simple D chord I struck? WTF? How can it happen? Someone explain this to me? Not really good at acoustics (or music for that matter)

I have this wound on my face. It's just a dot on my temple, and I assume that it must be a wart. Problem is, this has been bleeding everytime I wash my face/accidentally scrape the scab off. I think the wound has been healing abnormally slowly, if not at all.

Is this a wart? How do I let this heal once and for all? Thank you in advance!

I'm using a resolution of 1280 X 800 px, and every time I try to play any DVD, this dialogue appears:

"Windows Media Player cannot play DVD video. You might need to adjust your Windows display settings. Open display settings in Control Panel, and then try lowering your screen resolution and color quality settings."

I don't really think it has something to do with the resolution. Can anyone help? Thanks!

She can't access web sites or practically do anything on the net with her browsers (chrome, mozilla, and explorer), but she can use her Y!M with normal connection. What's wrong with her browsers? I've suggested erasing her cookies, but that didn't work... help?

I burned some songs on a Kodak 700mb data CD through Windows Media Player, and nothing played on the CD player. :( I've burned songs this way before, but they worked... in another CD player. I'm not really sure if the problem is the player or the burning itself.
