Our Karaoke machine will play from a CD+G(disc), a memory card or a memory stick (flash drive). I have 42 CD+G's and we are often throwing parties. I am worried that the discs will get damaged and scratched and will no longer play. They are expensive to replace so I would like to put them all on one (or several if necessary) memory device, leave that in the player and play them from that. Is there a way of doing this?

I have fitted a new bathroom suite and I now have low pressure coming from both of teh hot taps. I didnt have this problem before and have spoken to lots of plumbing shops who said that the most likely cause was that I bought taps only suitable for a high pressure system. I now want to buy a cheap low pressure tap and would like to know what pressure is considered to be low pressure and therefore suitable for my purpose.

My intention is to buy the cheapest I can find, change one of the hot taps on the sink and see if it makes a difference, if it does I will then invest in some nice ones and go throught the awkward task of taking the bath out to refit the new ones.

I would like to upgrade but am concearned about losing all the information on the phone. How far does iTunes back up. I have alot of apps with information in them that I dont want to lose like all the notes for work I have made in my note pad app etc. I take it the numbers will become transferred. I need a car for work and I do 500 miles a week. I work in london and drive 30 miles down the motorway to get there. Because I work in London I would like an auto due to the stop start all the time and I have a Labrador so I need an estate car. I have a budget of £3000 ish. What car gives me the best MPG for my requirements... You cant do a search on Autotrader or ebay that lists by MPG although I think to alot of people that would be a good option...

I am looking at a few holiday villas and they are great but if I went to Kenya I would want to go on a Safari trip so will need to stay near that? Where in Kenya (if that is a good place to go on Safari) do you stay to do this? Mombasa?, Nairobi?

We come to Florida every two years or so and do alot of shopping, really enough to last until the next trip but it would be nice to be able to buy at the US prices online from the UK and then just enjoy our holidays for a holiday not a shopping trip... I have the Tamron 18 - 200mm lens for a Nikon D40. When i bought the lens two months ago it autofocused with no problems as it has the built in focusing rather than relying on the camera to do it so I know that its not the fact that I have a D40 ( I know about the D40 not having the autofocus built into the camera and requiring the AF lens).

My standard kit lens 18 - 55mm still auto focus's with no problems so I know that the camera is fine, the lens itself has decided to stop working. I would just take it back to the shop as its only two months old but I bought it specifically for the holiday / vacation that I am currently on so am now out of the country without the lens that I really want to use.

My question basically is, is there a solution to this that I can implement? Is it an easy fix? What can I do?

My dog has chewed my leather sofa a little and left a couple of holes in the sofa which cannot be glued together as there is now a little bit of material missing. Is it possible to repair the damage by gluing a patch into the hole and matching it in etc... My insurance wont pay out from land of leather and im not sure if my house insurance will either but if else fails can i repair it myself?

Chessington world of adventures in the uk have an option to purchase a USB flash drive in the form of a wrist band which you can have a digital version of the photos of your ride experience transferred onto. It's a great idea as you can email the photo round the world as soon as you get home or pri t off several copies for different relatives or people in the photo etc. I'm off the disneyworld in Florida in a couple of weeks and would like to know if they are as up to date as chessington or do they still only have a hard copy option? I can't find the answer online!!

My niece is doing a Diploma in art and is currently going through the digital art "bit". She wants to use photoshop but has no laptop. She has the use of one but the owner says that he does not want any software installed on the machine, so I wondered if she could have photoshop on a memory stick and just plug it in and use it from there?
