im calculating the force required to decelerate a car. Ive used the formula f=ma and i have ended up with a negative answer, from all the write-ups about this matter they also get a negative result from the calculations, but express the answer, in newtons, as a positive, but dont explain why or how the answer goes from a negative result to a positive one. how and why is this the case

there are two men who live identical lives. Assuming heaven is real, which one goes?

Wouldn't it be better to give your money straight to charitable organizations, rather than rely on a religious institution to pass it on?

Not once have a piece of toast come out of my toaster with the image of Christ, the Virgin Mary, Mohammed the Flying Spaghetti Monster, nothing. Does this mean my toaster is an atheist? And if so, should I warn religious friends and family that it is an atheist toaster, so they don't eat toast from it and become Atheist as well?

Oh if my toaster did make a piece of toast with the image of Mohammad on it, how would I know?
