Roughly a week ago, wile i was driving, it was about 2 am and no other cars were on the road, as i was driving, i decided to switch to the left lane,back to right, back to left ad back to right.(signalling properly)

A cop saw me and probably thought i was drunk and pulled me over.

mind you that there were no other cars on the road, i wasn't speeding nor was i drunk,

and he still gave me a reckless driving charge.

I'm not sure why, i don't even know what to tell the judge, what should i do/say?

Okay, so This was the morning of AFTER-PROM and i was driving my car, and i feel asleep at the wheel and crashed into another car in the rear. I was with a passenger ( my date), and like she had a slightly bruised knee and the seat belt and i guess gave her neck rug burn, She rode in the ambulance to the hospital and then they followed whatever procedure they did (like medicine, bandages, etc. ) so now she is receiving hospital bills, and i totally recognize that i was at fault for the accident but i have a few questions regarding the situation. I am 18 years old and I'm going to college in 2 months, and I have like no clue on how to deal with this.

*excluding the situation of the actual accident with he driver, i'm just curious about the aspect with my passenger.

1) Is it possible to set up like installations payment plans through the hospital?

2) Can my health insurance pay for her bills?

3) ANY step-by-step advice on how to deal with this?

i need help in writing in simplestt form!
