In a bank application, I'm asked for my employment status - both options of being a part-time employee or full-time student are listed, but I can only choose one. Which status supersedes the other, and how is this determined?

My family got our dog as a 9 week old pup and we were told she's a Labrador Retriever/Pitbull mix, but I wasn't entirely convinced. Her golden brown coat looks like it's out of the palate range of either Lab or Pitbull and her body structure reminds me more of a Great Dane. Plus she has this little zigzag pattern in her tail I'm unsure what to make of. There was a dog-look-alike I found at a dog park, and the dog's owner told me her dog's (expensive) DNA test showed that her dog was part bloodhound, great dane, terrier - which curiously are Rhodesian Ridgeback components, and what the two dogs looked like in terms of color and face. My dog doesn't have a characteristically defined ridge though; there's a slightly darker area of her back but it's something that someone would look over unless it was pointed out When she becomes excited or frightened, that part of her back props up like a mohawk. Could whatever she's mixed with override that dominant ridge gene, or would she be considered "ridgeless" technically? Or is she just a oddly color lab mix? I know one can't tell for sure without a DNA test, but I'm curious to opinions.

I'm trying to understand what this war was all about for a school project, but most of what I get is "fluff" when I research the topic. I seriously need this to be in layman's terms - and no copy and pasting from another website. Please, I need this is someone's own words, that way I can understand it better.

And I don't mean covers by pros, I mean by amateurs that you usually see on youtube. They don't profit from the cover, nor do I using it. I mean, if I can't download the original song, the least the law should allow is for me to get a cover.

There's a whole heap of them on Youtube and then are widely publicized in Anime and Comic Cons, but I've heard that they are technically illegal. Why would they be? Shouldn't this be fair use?

If you buy the DVDs to a show/movie to rip on your computer and buy a cd of songs to use, or go to itunes, would this make fan-vids to make okay?

This debate about gay marriage and homosexually has raged to the point where everything is muddle. Most stands against gays and gay marriage are religion-based and, if not for this, I don't think people would make such a big fuss over it like they are now. My question however is not about gay marriage but for homosexuality itself. I only hear or read in mass media how the idea is wrong, but what exactly are gay people going to do about that. I mean, out of most sins, homosexuality isn't exactly voluntary. What way do Christians expect gays to repent, just not be gay all of a sudden. Is that something you can ask someone to do? That's like asking a heterosexual to all of a sudden be interested in the same sex. Or chug ginger juice like water for the rest of your life (which by personal experience is DISTGUSTING). Until something proves otherwise, noticing one gender over the other in a certain way is like noticing a red car among gray ones. There's no true way then to turn full attention to a dull gray car all of a sudden and not look back.

......or any color inbetween besides black? There's lots of children who need homes regardless of color, so why would people argue that?
