Yes, I know that. And, no, it won't save those evicted. That was a bone head move by renters if they thought the government would pay their housing. Landlords communicate how well rent is paid.

No, $600 isn't going to keep anyone from being evicted.

No. $600 will not save Americans. First world countries are helping their people a lot more.my friends in Germany and Belgium have been getting financial assistance for months.
