    Depending upon context (how this remark fits), either could be fine. In this instance, there isn't any significant different between "it's" and "that's."

    Never "that'ok" in standard English.

    "That's ok" about one particular thing.

    "It's ok" about life in general.

    No one uses that'ok. It means the same thing.
