I would say it probably has cost taxpayers at least a trillion now. Dems raiding the treasury isn't anything new. They think it is there money.

Probably far less than the orange man siphoned into his own pockets by going golfing and charging his entourage for staying at Mar-A-Lago and his other resorts. As if they had a choice in the matter.
