Does anyone know of a bluetooth audio receiver that stays on, and doesn't automatically shut down during inactivity or when disconnected?

I hate having to keep turning my bluetooth receiver back on again each morning after my laptop goes to sleep the night before.

Just for clarification, I'm talking about the type of receiver that plugs into the headphone jack of portable radio/stereo.
